• We offer Technogym, Free Motion, Cybex, and Icarian strength equipment.  That includes chest press, shoulder press, pectoral, lat pulldown, seated row, abdominal, lower back, bicep, tricep, multi hip, abductor, adductor, leg extension, leg curl and leg press

Great free weights area

• We offer Hammer Strength and Icarian equipment.  Pro Grip dumbbells 5-120lbs.
