Jump start your child’s athletic life with our youth volleyball clinic at the Cordova Family YMCA! There’s no better place to learn the basics of volleyball in a friendly and fun environment, while encouraging leadership and teamwork. Our experienced instructors are here for your children to learn through fun and interactive games.
Ages: 4th -12th grade
Session 1: October 3 – 26th
Session 2: November 2 – 21st
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. (45 minute clinics divided by age)
Cost: $60/Members, $80/Non-Members

The Cordova Family YMCA is proud to offer 4 courts for tennis lessons, clinics, tournaments, and family fun. Courts are available on a first come first serve basis EXCEPT when reserved by the Tennis Director. If you do not have your own equipment you can borrow rackets and balls from the Welcome Center in exchange for an ID or keys.
Tennis Lessons – One on one instruction with our Tennis Director
Members: $25 half hour, $45 hour
Non-Members: $30 half hour, $50 hour
Ages: 8 and up
Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a wiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Friday, 11:30am-1:30pm (Beginners/Families)

Karate may be defined as a weaponless means of self-defense. It consists of dynamic offensive and defensive techniques using all parts of the body to their maximum advantage. Karate as self-defense is one of the most dynamic of all the martial arts. The values of Karate are numerous. It provides exercise for both our mental and physical health and also tones the body, develops coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina.
