Students Working On Tomorrow

Our teens today face many challenges, and it is often hard to cope in ways that lead to a brighter future. In partnership with Building Blocks Mentoring Program, the YMCA SWOT program-Students Working on Tomorrow- provides our teens and families the support necessary to achieve their goals in life. Led by mentors who firmly believe that every student has talent and potential; our program provides real life challenges and rewards in a structured and supportive environment. As a participant in SWOT you will:

  • Develop leadership skills
  • Build self-esteem
  • Pursue academic goals
  • Explore diverse career options
