Labor Day Hours

In observance of Labor Day most branches of the YMCA will have modified hours.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Health Education and Exercise

Join Baptist Memorial Health Care and the Fogelman Downtown YMCA for health education and exercise classes.

Dates: September 15th – November 17th

Time: 5:45 – 7:15 p.m.

Class Duration: 45 minutes

To qualify, you must be willing to attend all sessions and be over 18 years old. There is no cost to join this program if you are a Y member.

This program is funded under an agreement with the State of Tennessee.


Social “Fitness” Club

Social Fitness is a group for members of the Fogelman YMCA and friends of the YMCA to share their healthy living outside the walls of our historic building. Join us for monthly “meet ups” for members and their guests on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Brass Door. Special outings are also planned each month.

Master Swim Team

Ages: 19 and Older

This program is designed for adult swimmers of all abilities and enthusiasm. The group is comprised of fitness swimmers who enjoy structured swimming exercise, triathletes and competitive swimmers.

Registration: Open any time to YMCA members only

Season: January 1-December 31

Dates:
Tuesday/Thursday – 5:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.

Cost:
Fees are collected by $35/month bank draft or e-wallet
Or $420 Annually


TRX/Cardio Circuit

Ages: Adult

TRX Suspension Training was developed by the US Navy. Now you can get the same training in a small group setting under the supervision of an experienced trainer. The body weight exercises build power, strength, flexibility and balance.
