Saint Francis Physical Therapy

Saint Francis is honored to partner with the YMCA here in Millington to bring forth a patient experience like no other. Many physical therapy offices have only a few pieces of equipment at their disposal thus, limiting what they can offer a patient. However, by teaming up with the YMCA, we are able to use a variety of exercise equipment and a beautiful, indoor swimming pool to design an individual treatment plan that really focuses on the patient’s needs and helps them get back to their lives faster. Also, when the treatment is complete, the patient can join the YMCA and continue to improve their overall health on the same equipment they received their rehab. More importantly, what has made the experience truly wonderful for us is the staff at the YMCA who have really made it a priority to help us help our patients. Their diligence to go above and beyond to serve each person that comes through the door has really made a difference in the way we are able to treat our patients. I sincerely believe that the close relationship the YMCA and Saint Francis Hospital has created is one of the best kept secrets in Millington.

Learn to swim with our swim lesson program that will teach your child swimming and survival skills in the pool area.

Registration: All year round
Session Duration: 2 weeks,  MondayThursday
(see schedule for times and levels).

Private and Semi-private lessons available upon request.

Boot Camp

Ages: Adults (18 & up)

Days & Time: Wed & Fri – 6:00 – 7:00am

Description: An instructor lead group class designed to challenge your muscular strength; endurance and cardiovascular system using various exercises and equipment. An advanced level program.

Registration Dates: Ongoing registration

Cost: Free for Members; Non-members: $75
