Need a place to train & condition this swim season? This training program is for middle and high school swimmers looking to improve technique on all four competitive strokes while also building strength and endurance in the water. Our coaching staff, led by Coach Bryan Parker (firstname.lastname@example.org), will provide instruction during the workout sessions.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Y Members: $160 or $40/Month
Non-Members: $80 Registration fee + $160 or $40/Month
These swim workouts will improve strength, swim technique, and conditioning. Swim Coach Gil Stovall swam competitively for the University of Georgia and broke the 200 yard butterfly NCAA record at the Men’s Swimming Championships. Gil also placed second in the 200-meter butterfly at the U.S. Olympic Trials becoming the second-fastest swimmer ever in that event.
