This digital wellness solution will help us connect, engage and interact with you. You can set goals, track workouts, and compete in challenges. You can also link and use your other favorite apps and devices ( Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Nike+ & More!)
On your phone, go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store to download our app. Search for YMCA Memphis or Memphis Workout to find the app with white “Y” logo and purple background by Netpulse Inc.
Once you download the app, you can log in or create your XID and get tracking! See any Wellness Staff for more information.

3-2-1 Total Body with Helen
This class will maximize your workout to get into the best shape in the shortest time. 3 cardio, 2 weight training, and 1 core/stretch circuits
Time: Fridays at 5:00 p.m.
BODYPUMP® with Carrie Benard
Time: Thursdays at 7:15 – 8:00 p.m.
Need a place to train & condition this swim season? This training program is for middle and high school swimmers looking to improve technique on all four competitive strokes while also building strength and endurance in the water. Our coaching staff, led by Coach Bryan Parker (email@example.com), will provide instruction during the workout sessions.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Y Members: $160 or $40/Month
Non-Members: $80 Registration fee + $160 or $40/Month
These swim workouts will improve strength, swim technique, and conditioning. Swim Coach Gil Stovall swam competitively for the University of Georgia and broke the 200 yard butterfly NCAA record at the Men’s Swimming Championships. Gil also placed second in the 200-meter butterfly at the U.S. Olympic Trials becoming the second-fastest swimmer ever in that event.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Times: 5:00 – 7:00 a.m. & 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. (new time more focused on technique and developing strokes)
Cost: $45 Members / $75 Nonmembers
