Back to School Swim Lessons Special

The Nuber YMCA will be running an Individual Swim Lessons Special for the month of September. Swimmers will receive 4 lessons (30 minute) for the price of Group Lessons. Lessons will have a one on one swimmer to instructor ratio. Lessons will be scheduled based upon swimmers & instructor availability.

When:  August 18th to September 30th

Fees:  Member $60/participant | Non-Member $80/participant ($20 Savings)

Nuber Adult Swim Club

Ages: 18+

Days/Times:  Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays- 8:30a-10:00 a.m.
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays- 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

Fees:  $30  Member | $50 Non-Members per month

Participants must sign up monthly, by the 3rd week of the previous month.

- A $10 late fee will be assessed for registrations following the deadline.
- Program Times and Dates are subject to change based upon coaches’ availability, attendance, and the needs of the participants.
- If program cannot meet the required attendance, program will be subject to cancellation for the month. Refunds will be given.
- Swim Club is NON-REFUNDABLE after first use and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Free Adult Swim Clinic



Days/Times: September 6th, 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.


DESCRIPTIONS: Come out to observe or try one of our Swim Programs for free!  See what the Nuber Aquatics Department has to offer.  Each class will be taught at the following times:

10:00 -10:30 a.m. – Learn to Swim

Learn to Swim is a Beginner level swim lesson for ages 13 and up that is designed to help adults become comfortable in and around the water.  Participants will learn basic strokes and will learn to have the confidence to be in the water. Prerequisite:  None

10:45 – 11:15 a.m. – Stroke Development

Stroke Development is an Intermediate level swim lesson for ages 13 and up that is designed for adults that are already comfortable in the water.  Participants will learn to improve their current strokes, as well as develop new ones. Prerequisite:  Must be able to swim 25 yards.

11:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. – Nuber Swim Club

The Nuber Swim Club is an Advanced level program designed to bring a variety of people together who love to swim for fitness.  All Sessions are led by a YMCA Coach who provides a daily workout that is designed to improve stamina and swimming.


Fall Youth Soccer

Ages: 5-14
Age Divisions: 5 & Under, 8 & Under, 11 & Under, 14 & Under (age divisions subject to change based on registration numbers)

Fees: $75 Members | $95 Non-Members

Registration Deadline: August 29th

Fall Kiddy Kickers

Ages: 3-4

Dates/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 9 -25th, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Fees: $35 Members | $50 Non-Members

Registration Ends: September 5th

Program is held at Balmoral Elementary on the 5U Field
Cleats and shin guards are not required
Includes Kiddy Kickers T-shirt and end-of-season medal

Fall Flag Football


Ages: 6-12

Birthday Parties

Are you planning a birthday party or special event and can’t decide where to go? Have it at the Y! Whether it’s at the Rock Wall or the pool, your guests are sure to have a great time.

Party Info:

  • Parties are 2 hours
  • Parties are for up to 15 children. For each additional guest, the cost is $5 per child.
  • Party Price Includes:

Splash Party- Have fun with your friends at the pool, splash pad and party room.

Pirate Party- Celebrate your birthday with all your best mateys and come ready to hunt for hidden treasure at Y Island! A treasure hunt and pool time will make this party unforgettable.

Bounce House- Have fun bouncing around with this active party with games and activities.

Princess Party- The Birthday Princess will receive a beautiful sash and crown. Party guests are encouraged to come dressed in their own princess attire and will decorate their own personal crowns.
