Yoga II: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. with Diane

Kiddy Kickers

Ages: 3 – 5 years
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Times: 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.
Cost: $40 Members | $60 Non-Members
Location: Balmoral Elementary School

This 3 week program is designed to teach soccer fundamentals in a fun & exciting environment. Parents are encouraged to participate!

Let your little one learn basic tumbling, increase flexibility and build muscle strength.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA

TAKING ACTION. CHANGING ODDS.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a small-group program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis. Through this program YMCAs are creating communities among cancer survivors and guiding them through safe physical activity, helping them build supportive relationships, and reducing stress – leading to an improved quality of life.

Begins: Monday, August 29, 2016
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Duration: 12 weeks
Cost: Free of Charge

The program consists of group exercise using cardio equipment and strength training machines, guest speakers, and more, all in a support group atmosphere. The program is open to the public and will be free of charge.

To become a part of this session participants need to be 18 years old and up. Participants with any type of cancer are welcome. They may be going through treatments or not — may even be long time cancer survivor that needs help getting back to their normal life.

Birthday Parties

Are you planning a birthday party or special event and can’t decide where to go? Have it at the Y! Whether it’s at the Rock Wall or the pool, your guests are sure to have a great time.

Party Info:

  • Parties are 2 hours
  • Parties are for up to 15 children. For each additional guest, the cost is $5 per child.

Party Price Includes:

  • Party host to assist with party needs and games
  • Special gift for the birthday girl/boy
  • Party space
  • Balloons

Cost: Member – $250      Non-Member – $300

Add-on’s:

$50- an additional hour of activity

$50- bounce house rental
