Join us at the Brooks Museum of Art for a guided tour of part of the permanent collection focusing on American Art. Tea and treats will follow.

Time: Y Bus Leaves at 1:30 p.m., returns by 4:45 p.m.
Cost: $3 per person (FREE for museum members)

Youth Wellness Orientation

Youth ages 10-14 may exercise in the Wellness Center after completion of this free orientation. This course is designed to teach youth & teens how to safely & correctly exercise on the wellness floor. Stop by Welcome Center to sign up for the next class. Free to members.

Preschool (3 – 5 years)

Tuesday and Thursday evenings (4 weeks, 8 total classes)

Session B: February 21st – March 23rd
(No class the week of 3/14 – 3/16)

Swim Training Group

Need a place to train & condition this swim season? This training program is for middle and high school swimmers looking to improve technique on all four competitive strokes while also building strength and endurance in the water. Our coaching staff, led by Coach Bryan Parker (, will provide instruction during the workout sessions.

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Y Members:      $160 or $40/Month
Non-Members:  $80 Registration fee + $160 or $40/Month

U.S. Masters Swim Club

With Coach Gil Stovall

These swim workouts will improve strength, swim technique, and conditioning. Swim Coach Gil Stovall swam competitively for the University of Georgia and broke the 200 yard butterfly NCAA record at the Men’s Swimming Championships. Gil also placed second in the 200-meter butterfly at the U.S. Olympic Trials becoming the second-fastest swimmer ever in that event.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Times: 5:00 – 7:00 a.m. & 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. (new time more focused on technique and developing strokes)
Cost: $45 Members / $75 Nonmembers

Keep the kids active each week with games and fun activities at the Y!

Are you planning a birthday party or special event and can’t decide where to go? Have it at the Y! Whether it’s at the Rock Wall or the pool, your guests are sure to have a great time.

  • Parties are for up to 15 children. For each additional guest, the cost is $5 per child.
