This 6 week program is designed to teach basketball fundamentals in a fun & exciting environment. 4 drill oriented practices, 2 game oriented meetings.

Swimming isn’t just a sport; it’s a life skill. Join us this winter for group swim lessons. Each session consists of eight 30-45 minute lessons. Children will be divided into small groups with 4-5 others of similar age and swimming ability. All lessons are taught by YMCA Certified Swim Instructors. These lessons are progressive, meaning the more a child is in the water swimming, the better they will become!

Each session consists of four 30 minute lessons. Parents must be in the water with their child. Swim Diapers are required for children that are not potty-trained. All lessons are taught by YMCA Certified Swim Instructors.

Youth Developmental Swimming
The Y has partnered with Mid-South Splash & Memphis Tiger Swim Club to offer a developmental swim program coached by Bryan Parker and Paul Steffan
There are 3 developmental levels:
BRONZE( can swim length of pool with face in water, can float on back)
SILVER (can swim all four competitive strokes)
HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIM FIT

Princess Party- The Birthday Princess will receive a beautiful sash and crown. Party guests are encouraged to come dressed in their own princess attire and will decorate their own personal crowns.
