Youth Personal Training is available for youth ages 10 to 15 years old (must be 50″ tall). Youth Personal Training will improve strength and endurance for sports. Each personal training session is geared toward the individual level of athletic ability and/or sport of interest.
Youth Personal Training includes:

Training Package – $60 (2 trainings)
(Additional training sessions can be purchased for $40 per hour)
