WELLNESS CHALLENGE

Stretch Yourself In More Ways Than One

Join our 30-day Wellness Challenge. This 15 Workout Challenge will earn you a free Y t-shirt and keep you motivated all through February!

February 6th – March 6th

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES:

  • Complete 15 Workouts between February 6th and March 6th
  • Minimum of 30 Minutes = 1 Workout
  • Maximum 1 Workout Per Calendar Day
  • Age 10 & up

Register online using the links below or visit the Welcome Center at your branch so we can get your information and t-shirt size.

WORKOUT TRACKING NETWORK APP

This digital wellness solution will help us connect, engage and interact with you. You can set goals, track workouts, and compete in challenges. You can also link and use your other favorite apps and devices ( Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Nike+ & More!)

Directions: 

On your phone, go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store to download our app. Search for YMCA Memphis or Memphis Workout to find the app with white “Y” logo and purple background by Netpulse Inc.

Once you download the app, you can log in or create your XID and get tracking! See any Wellness Staff for more information.

Personal Training

Ages: 16 and up

Our Certified Personal Trainers are licensed YMCA professionals who want to help you meet your fitness goals. You will start to see and feel changes that will have a positive impact on how you feel about yourself, as well as increased energy.  Also, working with a personal trainer helps take the guesswork out of your exercise.

20 sessions $600 (20 sessions can be split into 2 payments)

Swedish Therapeutic Massage

The most requested form of massage, used to relax and sooth sore muscles and reduce stress and tension. Also improves circulation and flexibility.

Hot Stone Massage

Benefit from this luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished Basalt Lava Stones are heated and incorporated into your massage.

Expectant Mother Massage

To relax the Mother-To-Be given with the aid of our pregnancy pillow that completely relaxes the mother and baby during massage. This is a great way to unwind and help relieve discomfort during your pregnancy. Doctor’s approval requested.
