New Strength Equipment

We are so excited to announce that several branches will be getting new Matrix strength equipment delivered December 18th – 20th. During this time some areas of the facilities may close for old equipment extraction and new equipment installation. Check with your specific branch location to confirm.

Olive Branch Family YMCA

December 18th
New strength equipment will be delivered on Monday, December 18th. The fitness center will be closed on Monday to safely bring in the new equipment but will reopen Tuesday for normal hours.

Cordova Family YMCA

December 18th – 19th
We will be moving in new strength training equipment from Monday, December 18th at 1:00 p.m. until Tuesday, December 19th at 6:00 p.m.. The Wellness Floor and lobby will be closed during these times to facilitate the move. The Group Exercise Room entrance will be available so that members may use the rest of the facility.

Millington Family YMCA

December 18th – 19th
Beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, all strength equipment will not be available for use until the evening of Tuesday, December 19th. Cardio equipment will be available.

Ric Nuber YMCA

December 20th

Personal Training

Ages: 16 and up

After working with a personal trainer, you’ll see a difference not only in your body, but also in your spirit and mind. Shortly into your workouts, you will start to see and feel changes that will have a positive impact on how you feel about yourself, as well as increased energy. Also, working with a personal trainer helps take the guesswork out of your exercise routine.
