The Sweeney YMCA is located behind Saint Francis Hospital, near the hospital Auditorium, on the ground level. The Sweeney YMCA offers easy access to its facility, with parking available just outside the YMCA. Hours of Operation Monday through Thursday 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. Friday 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday - Closed OUR FOCUS: Our staff consist of highly qualified exercise specialist that have completed hours of total fitness training. The Sweeney YMCA focuses on all fitness levels from the fit to the not-so-fit.
