Meet Traci McCarter, Fogelman Downtown YMCA branch staff
Traci is a certified Pilates instructor after attending an intensive 800 hour training course through Ellie Herman Studios in San Francisco. After battling with discomfort from scoliosis, she discovered Pilates, and was thrilled to find an exercise routine that would help balance her body.
Hours & Location
- Mon-Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Friday 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
