Multiple studies confirm a growing lack of exercise among our youth and teens. At the Fogelman YMCA we are always looking for and implementing ways to get youth and teens involved in healthier lifestyles.
We offer a "Kids in Motion" program Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. through 5:45 p.m. for youth 7 and older. This exciting program offers a variety of fun fitness activities from dance, yoga, stretch, sports, CATCH relays and many other ways to get up and moving.
We also offer the CATCH physical fit program four days a week in Y afterschool care that includes a weekly nutrition lesson. For further information, please contact the Welcome Center.
