The Mason YMCA offers extensive exercise facilities and equipment

The Mason YMCA is located near the University of Memphis and is a full-facility YMCA, offering many wellness opportunities. We offer a full schedule of classes, both on land and in the water. If you like sports, we have a basketball gymnasium and offer adult and youth sports leagues. If you enjoy cardio equipment, we have new treadmills, elliptical trainers, and an arc trainer. We also offer a broad selection of machine weights, plate weights, free weights and dumb bells ranging from 1 pound to 100 pounds.
