Residential Housing

The Mason YMCA is one of the few YMCAs remaining in the United States that offer affordable residential housing. We are conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Memphis campus. The upper 3 floors consist of 47 dormitory-style furnished rooms offering modest accommodations. The price of the rooms includes:

• Basic furnishings
• Microwave
• Refrigerator
• Cable television
• Wireless internet in the lobby
• Utilities
• Mason YMCA membership

The residence hall has one large locker room per floor, with no individual bathrooms. $400 deposit and first months rent is required at move in. The rooms rent for $350 to $425 per month. The YMCA is a no smoking facility.
