The Mason YMCA has a full range and variety of wellness opportunities. If you enjoy group exercise classes, try our pilates, yoga, the ever popular step or cardio mix—many are bilingual. We also invite you to try any of the five different water classes, from aerobic, to arthritis, to deep water. To get a beneficial cardio workout, we have a good mix of cardio equipment, and for strength we have a broad selection of machine and plate weight equipment.
We also offer adult sports and activities for active older adults.
We invite you to take advantage of our trained wellness staff in assisting you to learn how to use the equipment properly and gain the most out of your workout, without injury and pain. Let us help you select an exercise program that supports your goals and available time. Our staff is hoping you will take advantage of our free of cost wellness goals meeting and equipment orientation. Set up your appointment at the Welcome Center.
