Facility Rental

All areas of the Olive Branch YMCA—including conference rooms, pools, youth center, gym, outdoor picnic area and playground—are available for group rental. Call Tammy Autry for further information or to schedule your next event.

Policies Regarding Rentals:

Maximum number of active participants will be 20 (twenty) for rentals during normal business hours. Additional fee of $5 per person will apply and be assessed to larger group sizes and/or will be accommodated through the OBFYMCA after-hours rental program.

YMCA Business Hours Rental:           Member Rate $75.00/hr Non-Member Rate $100.00/hr

Rental After Operating Hours (Available Fridays after 9 pm, Saturdays after 6 pm, & Sundays after 5 pm):

           Member Rate $125.00/hr            Non-Member Rate $225.00/hr

Overnight Lock-In (Available Fridays after 9 pm and Saturdays after 6 pm):

            Member Rate $500                     Non-Member Rate $750                          Non-Profit Rate $500

*Above prices are based on membership status of the person booking the rental

*Deposit equaling 50% of rental fee must be made at time of booking to ensure date and time confirmation

*Full payment must be made prior to fourteen (14) days of rented date

*Renter must ensure that all Non-Member Participants Forms are completed and turned into the Olive Branch Family YMCA on the date of rental event–each person attending the rental (adult & child, YMCA members & non-members) must fill out and sign a Non-Member Participant form for parent and his/her child to participate

*Any rentals using the pool area will require all participants to undergo a swim test as a safety precaution

*Fees rendered for rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable

*To accommodate all bookings, times must be strictly enforced

*Olive Branch Family YMCA may adjust pricing and policies when necessary and may assess fees for property damage and/or failure to meet agreed upon time for rental

*YMCA staff will set up and clean up

*The YMCA Code of Conduct will be in effect at all times and prohibits the following inappropriate activity:

  1. Profanity or abusive language.
  2. Theft of property.
  3. Physical contact with other members, guests, and staff.
  4. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol.

*Renter is responsible for the behavior and actions of all participants in the entire party.
