The Alpha Center is available for teens ages 13-15. The room is equipped with a full body weight circuit and cardiovascular equipment. The teens must go through an orientation with a staff member before using the Alpha Center. This session will teach them the basic exercise technique. For example: correct form, breathing technique, speed of movement, etc. Appointments can be made by our Alpha Center Staff. The room is always supervised by highly qualified fitness staff who are there ready to help.
Studies have shown that kids within this age group can safely begin lifting weights if done properly and with supervision. Not only will it provide important health benefits and prevent injury, your child will learn the enjoyment of being physically fit!
