Summer Day Camp Registration Now Open!

There will be onsite registration for our Southaven location, Getwell Road United Methodist Church.   Registration will take place in the Third Place area of the church from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm on Sunday, May 2.  There will also be registration on Wednesday, May 28 from 5:45 pm - 7:30 pm.  Representatives from the YMCA will be present to answer questions, accept paperwork and payment, and help you with the registration process.

All other summer day camp registration will take place in the Youth Center at the OBFYMCA. 

Open registration takes place Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. 

Summer Day Camp Locations

We operate two summer camp camp locations.  These locations are the Olive Branch Family YMCA and Getwell Road United Methodist Church (Southaven).  Registrations for each location are processed in the order that they are received, until capacity is reached.  At the point of capacity, each location will take a waiting list.

Summer Day Camp Fees

Registration Fee: Non-members only $75 non-refundable, $150 max per family

Weekly Rates

• Campers: $115 per child
• CIT: $60 per child (Ages 13-15)

Please note that the Registration Fee (if applicable) and 1st weekly fee is due at registration.

Please bring a copy of your child’s immunizations at the time of registration.

Summer Day Camp Parent Orientation:  Sunday, May 23 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

All parents must attend. YMCA camp bags and t-shirts will be distributed at this orientation.

Summer Day Camp General Information

Ages 5 to 12

Care is provided from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

Campers should bring a morning snack and a lunch each day.

An afternoon snack will be provided.

Licensed program by state of Mississippi

• Aerobics

Members of the YMCA Day Camp Staff Team are chosen for their ability to model the YMCA values to campers entrusted to their care. Our intensive precamp training sessions focus on the personal skills and knowledge necessary to ensure your child’s experience is positive, safe and fun. We recognize the tremendous effect a good day camp experience has on the development of a young child and carefully select staff members for this purpose. The Day Camp Staff are innovative and creative individuals who love working with children. Criminal background checks, drug screens, Central Registry Checks and reference checks are completed on all Day Camp staff.
