Donnie Malone, Davis YMCA Executive Director/Vice President

Donnie Malone became the Executive Director of the Thomas B. Davis YMCA in March 2001. Malone has established community outreach with churches, schools and various groups in and around the Whitehaven community. He worked as Executive Director of the Druid Hill YMCA in Baltimore, Maryland and 15 years with the YMCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Sabrina Norwood, Teen Achievers Director

Sabrina Norwood joined the YMCA in 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree from the College of Human Performance and Recreation. While at the University of Southern Mississippi she participated in Track & Field, Basketball and a host of extracurricular activities. She is driven by a passion to see all youth offered the opportunity to achieve their dreams.

Anthony Cohran, Teen Achievers Site Director

Anthony Cohran joined the Achievers staff in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science. Anthony is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., a hard worker and a great mentor for our youth. He teaches step, team-building and job readiness.

Gregory Hodges, Teen Achievers Counselor

Gregory Hodges joined the Teen Achievers staff in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelors and Masters in Education. He currently coaches and teaches in West Memphis, Arkansas. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and is a strong, dedicated advocate for youth.  He teaches leadership training.

Naja Muhammed, Teen Achievers Counselor

Naja Muhammed joined the Teen Achievers staff in 2008. She is a senior at the University of Memphis pursuing a degree in Sociology.  She teaches dance, diversity peer education and service-learning.
