$200 Y-Members   $250 Non-Members

*Price includes up to 25 youth participants.  $5 per additional youth

Facility Rentals

Community Room: Approximately 19.5' x 23.5' carpeted multi-purpose room with 6-ft. tables and folding chairs.

Fees:  $50/hour – Member rate    $75/hour – Non-member rate

Pavilion/Picnic Area is available upon request

After Hours Facility Rentals

$150 per hour – Members, $200 per hour – Non-members

2 hour minimum rental
Includes:

• Use of pool, locker rooms, lobby and community room
• 2 lifeguards
• Staff attendant
• Up to 50 participants

Please be aware the YMCA does not allow party rentals that charge an admission fee. Any after-hours rentals must be able to provide documentation of having liability insurance.
