SilverSneakers® Fitness Program

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program provides a YMCA membership, including access to customized fitness classes, state of the art fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, educational seminars and more. These features are offered at no additional cost if you are an eligible member of Healthspring or Humana’s Medicare Advantage Plan, which offers the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program.

SilverSneakers® offers a creative blend of social functions, physical activity and healthy lifestyle changes that allow older adults to take better care of their health. This program also allows older adults to take greater control of their health. Our customized SilverSneakers® classes are designed especially for those wishing to improve their range of motion, balance, flexibility and strength.

All branches of the YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South participate in this program – with the exception of the Medical Center YMCA and the Fayette County YMCA due to their smaller size.
