The 6,000 square foot Wellness Center offers the latest equipment from Cybex and Technogym that includes strength equipment, treadmills, arc trainers, a cardio wave and a large free-weight area for all your workout needs. Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer your questions or you may want one of our nationally certified personal trainers to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

Equipment Orientation

An equipment orientation is available free to all members of the YMCA. An orientation provides you with a basic overview of all the equipment and rules in the Wellness area. Please fill out a Where Do I Start? form at the Welcome Center and a Fitness staff member will contact you for an appointment.
