Equipment Orientation

An equipment orientation is available free to all members of the YMCA. An orientation provides you with a basic overview of all the equipment and rules in the wellness area. Please fill out a Where Do I Start? form at the Welcome Center and a Fitness staff member will contact you for an appointment.
