Our program is designed to help eligible parents connect with community resources, set personal goals, and build the skills needed to secure and maintain employment. Participants will work with our Workforce Development Team to explore barriers, create an action plan, and apply for employment or training.

Who's Eligible?

  • Must be a Parent/Legal Guardian with a child under 18
  • US Citizenship or Legal Non-Citizen Status
  • Residency in an eligible county (Fayette, Hardeman, Haywood, Lauderdale, Shelby, Tipton)
  • Must be Unemployed, Underemployed, receiving or eligible for subsidies such as (Sec 8, SNAP, TANF eligible families)

Who's Eligible?

  • Unemployed or employed but earning less than $15/hr
  • Interest in a manufacturing job
  • Resident in one of the following counties:
    • Tennessee - Shelby, Lauderdale, Haywood, Gibson
    • Arkansas - Woodruff, Crittenden, Mississippi
    • Mississippi - Marshall, Coahoma, Panola
