Have a Wellness Resolution? We Have a Solution!

Y Members can log 20 workouts February 4th - March 18th to complete the challenge and become eligible for a FREE Y T-SHIRT!

• Eligible workouts are 30 minutes or more in duration.
• Max of 1 workout per calendar day.

 

GET STARTED:

  1. REGISTER
    Visit the Welcome Center in your branch or register online.
     
  2. JOIN
    To join the Challenge, download the "YMCA Memphis Workout Tracking" app from your smart device and log in using your xID. Look in the Challenges section to find the Heart Hustle Challenge and click "Join".

    You can also Connect online at ymcamemphisandmidsouth.netpulse.com and visit the Challenges section to join the challenge and start tracking!

  3. TRACK
    Track your workouts in the app or online. Tracking sheets are also available at each Y location.
