WE'RE OPEN TO ALL:
We want everyone to be involved with the programs and services of the Y that nurture spirit, mind and body, which is why we offer our Open Doors Income Based Rates.
Open Doors
In an effort to encourage health and well being for individuals in our community, the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South offers an income-based rate scale. Known as the Open Doors Program, the rate scale correlates membership rates to annual household income.

Our association currently holds relationships with Silver & Fit® (Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield) and RenewActive™ (UnitedHealthcare, Optum), to provide these services.
