Group Exercise


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of non-impact exercises designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing and a stability ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


Come experience a heart racing simulated cycle course.


Enjoy a restorative stress reliever that enhances strength, balance, and flexibility by uniting body and breath.


A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective cardio dance workout.

Water Aerobics             

Aerobic exercise performed in water to build cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. Pool noodles and water weights are used for resistance.

Boot Camp                    

Boot Camp is a total body workout that includes sports conditioning drills, strength training, intervals, and traditional endurance cardio drills. Each workout will offer a variety of different exercises to keep you and your body guessing and promote change with continued attendance.
