To help you reach your Wellness Goals, we want to understand more about you. We offer several options to help us get to know you.

Meet with one of our Personal Trainers to discuss your goals to become healthy. Learn the operations of the Wellness Center as well as instruction on how to use the cardio and strength training equipment with safe and proper technique. Your meeting may also include basic fitness tests as chosen by you to assess your current health level. Ask the Welcome Center about how to make your appointment.

Personal training can make the difference in the success of your fitness program. If you need that extra motivation and one on one attention, we are here to help. Your trainer builds an extensive health history and fitness assessment to determine your goals and then guides you through a personalized program.

Need help with workout routine, form, or technique? Our staff is here to help. We are now offering monthly small group training. Take advantage of this 4 session, one hour group training led by a Personal Trainer. Contact Patty O’Neal at 901-682-8025 to join a small group or for more information.
