Boot Camp

Get back to functional fitness with out Boot Camp classes! Boot camp is a total body workout program. Workouts are different each day. They include sports conditioning drills, strength training, intervals and traditional endurance cardio drills. Each workout will offer a variety of different exercises to keep you and your body guessing and promote change over the course of the program.

  • Monthly Pass: $35 For Members
  • One Class Pass: $5

Days: Wednesdays & Fridays

Time: 6:30 – 7:00 a.m.

All classes meet in the Aerobics Room.

Krav Maga Self Defense

Krav Maga is a self-defense class originally developed by the Israeli Defense Force. It is designed to teach real self-defense in a short time using simple principles and instinctive movements. Sign up at the Welcome Center.

Ages: 13 and Up (No experience required)

Cost: Member – $75/month, Non-Member – $110/month

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class for absolutely everyone. Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe, fun and give you strength for everyday life.

BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories, shapes, and tones without building bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation, and great music in every BODYPUMP class will achieve the results you want and deserve!


TRX Suspension Training

Great Total Body Workout

TRX improves balance, strength, and flexibility for a great overall workout.

  • Mondays: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursdays:  9:15 – 10:15 a.m. (Senior TRX)
  • Saturdays: 9:05 – 10:00 a.m. (TRX Boot Camp)

Cost: Unlimited TRX Classes for $50/month or $15/1 drop-in class
