The Y Achievers program motivates youth to succeed.
This years Y Achievers Senior Class of 2020 went above and beyond to remain focused and driven towards the future! It's time to celebrate their success!
The Y Achievers Program is designed for the development of youth grades 6th through 12th. Y Achievers is one of the National YMCA Signature Programs designed to address the Achievement Gap while nurturing the potential of every youth and teen. The Y Achievers Program also engages parents with monthly parent sessions along with family and community events. The Y Achievers program serves Shelby County and DeSoto County Schools.

Gabrielle graduated from Whitehaven High School and plans to attend Xavier University of Louisiana majoring in Chemistry Pre-Med. She wants to attend medical school and pursue a career as a doctor specializing in Dermatology or Obstetrics/Gynecology. -
Sadonte’ Stone
Sadonte’ graduated from Whitehaven High School. He has plans to enter into an EMT/Paramedic Program and become a firefighter. -

Ke’andre Hodges
Ke’andre graduated from Whitehaven High School and will attend Southwest Tennessee Community College. Ke'andre plans to join the Army Reserve. He also aspires to become an investor and entrepreneur. His greatest desire is to attend flight school and ultimately become a pilot.
