OUR CLASSES
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates Reformer or have years of experience, we have a class just for you! Our leveled approach to classes ensures you can set a strong foundation of control and alignment as you get started, with options to progress and increase challenge at your own pace.
All classes are 50 minutes long and appropriate for the general population age 16+ without injuries. Children aged 13-15 may join classes only with a parent/guardian. Private sessions are required for individuals with injuries, recent surgeries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before engaging in group classes to ensure appropriate support and modifications can be provided.
INTO TO REFORMER
This beginner-friendly class is the starting point before joining our Core Reformer Pilates program. You’ll learn how our reformers work, proper setup and safety, and how to get the most from reformer training. You’ll experience a short sample workout while being guided through basic movements and terminology. We’ll also walk you through next steps so you can confidently join ongoing classes. Intro classes are free for YMCA members, limit 1 per person, and are required before purchasing a class pass package.
