Express Workouts by LesMills Virtual are 15 to 45 minute sessions designed to fit into your busy schedule. Expert-guided workouts including strength, cardio, yoga, dance and kickboxing, available throughout all operating hours - perfect for staying healthy even on your busiest days!

BEGINNER-FRIENDLY WORKOUTS

Try our "BASE Classes" to learn the equipment, setup, and basic movements for our more technical workouts like BodyPump, BodyCombat, Cycling, BodyBalance!

 

How it Works

 

Scheduled Workouts:

  • The TV in the studio will begin playing scheduled workouts automatically at the time listed. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to set up your equipment so you're ready to go!
  • You might have other participants in the studio doing this workout with you, so say hi to your new workout buddies!

OnDemand Workouts:

  • The iPad in the studio becomes a self-serve kiosk during On Demand times so you can choose your own workout based on time, type, or skill level
  • The studio becomes your private workout space, unless you bring along friends or family for your own small group session! Workouts can be paused or stopped any time
  • Virtual workouts are walk-in only and all schedules can be found on the YMCA app under classes
