ON DEMAND

Use the iPad kiosk in the studio to select your own workout! With options from 15-60 minutes, low intensity to high intensity, and even beginner class tutorials, there's something for everyone. Use the iPad kiosk in the studio to select your workout. Please note, if there's someone else already using the virtual workout studio, you may join them in their workout or wait outside until they are finished. All virtual workouts will stop playing at the end of the scheduled ON DEMAND time block.

RPM

RPM is an indoor cycling workout that will shift your cardio fitness into higher gear. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level, and hit an endorphin high! Our virtual workouts are in-studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time. Arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for bike set up. Equipment may be moved but please return it after your workout.

THE TRIP

THE TRIP is an immersive cycling workout that will elevate your heart rate and provide a sensory experience. You will be transported to the future of fitness through digitally created worlds that take your motivation to the next level. SPRINT

LesMills SPRINT is a transformative HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training that pushes your physical and mental limits. Our virtual workouts are in studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time. DANCE

LesMills DANCE is a high-energy workout that incorporates innovative dance movements and progressive music inspired by global dance genres. With a focus on movement and technique, it is simple to master and a great option for those who want to improve their dance skills while getting fit, or for anyone who loves to dance. GRIT STRENGTH

A high-intensity interval training workout that combines scientifically-tested moves and weight exercised to build muscle and cardiovascular fitness. GRIT CARDIO

GRIT ATHLETIC 

This workout uses weight plates, body weight exercises, and explosive agility training to build an athletic body. Our virtual workouts are in-studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time. Arrive a few minutes early to allow time to set up your equipment.

BORN TO MOVE

Designed for kids age 8-16, this simple and fun workout allows youth to experience the vitality and joy that comes from moving to music - and in turn, nurtures a lifelong love of physical activity.  Our virtual workouts are in-studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is an energy-packed mix of martial arts moves that will get you fit, fast and strong – and leave you feeling fierce and empowered. This class is entirely non-contact and no experience in martial arts is needed as all movements will be introduced in the warm-up and practiced throughout the class.  Our virtual workouts are in-studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time. BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is a high-energy, sports-inspired cardio workout that combines athletic movements like running, jumping, and lunging with strength exercises like squats and push-ups to improve fitness, stamina, and agility. The workout is adaptable for all fitness levels and can be non-impact for those who prefer not to run or jump. You’ll leave feeling energized and invigorated from this uplifting cardio workout. BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health, and leave you feeling strong and fit.  Our virtual workouts are in-studio and will begin playing on the TV at the scheduled time. CORE

LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. This workout uses light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core.
