CYCLE FUSIONCycle Fusion is a high-energy, interval-based fitness class that combines indoor cycling with functional training using a variety of equipment. The class is divided into two groups, alternating between cycle drills and functional training exercises to provide a comprehensive full-body workout. With personalized coaching throughout the class, you’ll get a safe, effective, and uplifting workout. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for equipment set up. |
