BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE is a yoga fusion workout that is ideal for improving flexibility, core strength and a sense of wellbeing and calm. For anyone new to yoga, BODYBALANCE is a great introduction, and there are plenty of options for the more challenging exercises. For the more experienced, it offers more variety than a traditional yoga class with the inclusion of Tai Chi and Pilates movements in addition to the yoga postures. Please bring your own mat to class.

YOGA

Unite your breath with your body through a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.

PILATES

A mat-based class focused on core stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

YIN YOGA

CHAIR YOGA

A gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Yoga poses are used to improve balance and flexibility, while practicing deep breathing for relaxation.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This yoga class is a quiet contemplative practice and usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly stretch the lower part of the body. Great for deep relaxation, improving circulation, joint mobility, and calming the mind and body.

GENTLE YOGA

A gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Yoga poses are used to improve balance and flexibility, while practicing deep breathing for relaxation.

VINYASA YOGA

A 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility and happiness. Slow, simple movements tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips. Expert guidance builds technique and control. Modern breathwork creates renewal and bliss.

TAI CHI

This traditional Chinese practice increases balance, flexibility, coordination, and range of motion. The gentle circular movements relax the body, reduce stress, and develop focus and patience.
