WATER FITNESS

A low-impact, high energy pool workout for all ages, skills, and fitness levels. Challenge, tone, and strengthen your muscles against the resistance of the water. Experience how the water's pressure provides a natural soothing massage for your body while buoyancy decreases stress on the joints.

WATER ARTHRITIS

Exercises approved by the Arthritis Foundation include walking, gentle stretching, flexing, extension and range-of-motion. Exercises are done in shallow water.

SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS

This low-impact water workout focuses on cardiovascular training, muscle toning, flexibility, and coordination. This class takes place in shallow water up to your waist or chest.

DEEP WATER AEROBICS

Classes will increase core strength, stability, and stamina. This is an impact-free environment.
