As an employer, you can choose the YMCA Corporate Membership plan option for you:
- Option 1:
- Company chooses to be responsible for 100% of the payment to the YMCA for the membership for the employees.
- Company chooses to be responsible for 100% of the payment to the YMCA for the membership for the employees.
- Option 2:
- Company chooses to pay part of membership and allow remainder to be paid by employee. Employee may also qualify for Open Doors Income Based Rates if the company subsidy is less than 50% of the monthly membership fees.
- Company chooses to pay part of membership and allow remainder to be paid by employee. Employee may also qualify for Open Doors Income Based Rates if the company subsidy is less than 50% of the monthly membership fees.
- Option 3:
- Company offers employees the ability to pay for their YMCA membership via payroll deduction.
- Company offers employees the ability to pay for their YMCA membership via payroll deduction.
