PUBLIC HEARING
The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, on behalf of the state of Mississippi, will hold a public hearing on August 1, at 9 o'clock in the morning at the Flats at Delta Landing, 885 Tunica Hills, Nesbit, MS 38651 in accordance with regulations established by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Division. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the public to become acquainted with the Dan Maddox YMCA through the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Direct Loan and Grant Program Application for Federal Funding through the Rural Development Communities Facilities Program and discuss whether an environmental impact would be involved.
The project consists of constructing a full facility YMCA at 875 Humphreys Way, Nesbit, MS 38651.
The public is encouraged to attend, particularly those persons directly benefitting from the project.
