Earn $200 For Every New Hire You Refer to the Y!
The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South’s Refer & Earn Program is a year-round opportunity for employees to refer candidates for employment at the Y.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. RECOMMEND
Recommend a friend to apply for an open YMCA position. Job postings can be found at ymcamemphis.org/jobs.
2. SUBMIT
Fill out the Refer & Earn Employee Referral Form to submit your referral to the HR team.
3. COLLECT YOUR REWARD!
When your referral is hired in Dayforce, you’ll receive $200 as our thanks to you!
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:

All active Y team members are eligible with the exception of C-Suite, Sr. VPs and VPs.
- To receive payout, team member must be active in Dayforce at time of referral and payout.
- Eligible referrals are those new to the Y (new hires) and eligible rehires.
- $200 referral bonus will be paid once the candidate referred is hired in Dayforce.
- The awarded amount is considered taxable and will be distributed via direct deposit.
- All Referrals must be submitted via the Refer & Earn Employee Referral Form. This includes referrals to hiring events.
- Team Member referring must submit the Referral form within 30 days of the new hire for eligibility.
