BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories, shapes, and tones without building bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation, and great music in every BODYPUMP class will achieve the results you want and deserve!


MX4 Group Training

MX4 by Matrix Fitness is a brand-new, holistic small-group training method. MX4 incorporates functional movement, cardio, interval training, TRX, and more into one enjoyable, action-packed, twenty-minute session! Up to 4 participants cycle through the Connexus training station with planned workouts given by the instructor. Try it today!

Y Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements. The technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk.

Max of 15 people per class. Sign in at the Welcome Center.

Cordova Shotokan Karate

Ages: 8 and up – all levels

Karate may be defined as a weaponless means of self-defense. It consists of dynamic offensive and defensive techniques using all parts of the body to their maximum advantage. Karate as self-defense is one of the most dynamic of all the martial arts. The values of Karate are numerous. It provides exercise for both our mental and physical health and also tones the body, develops coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina.

Days & Time:
Tuesday and Thursday – 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. (Gym)
Saturday – 9:00 a.m. – 10:30a.m. (Group Fitness Studio)

Additional Info:
Membership to Shotokan Karate of America is required after completing 4 weeks of practice.
