Renovations Coming Soon: What You Need to Know!
We are thrilled to announce that the Bartlett YMCA will undergo exciting renovations starting on August 8, 2024. On this day we will begin using alternate spaces for programs and service. The majority of the front of the building will be completely closed off to members and staff during the construction. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible facilities and services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CONSTRUCTION START DATE: August 8, 2024
OPERATIONS RELOCATION:
During the renovation period, some of our operations will temporarily move to the gym. The wellness floor (including both cardio and strength equipment) and YPlay Child Care will all be relocated to the gym space. We will use partitions to assist in keeping the areas separated. The track will remain available.
GROUP EXERCISE:
We are excited to announce that the Group Exercise schedule will remain the same, with only one class time change!
TEMPORARY FRONT DOOR LOCATION:
The entrance to our center will be relocated to the entrance on the back left side of the building. Please refer to the attached map for details.
BASKETBALL COURT UNAVAILABLE:
There will be no basketball activities during the renovations due to the temporary relocation of operations. This is temporary, and basketball will resume once renovations are complete.
POOL ACCESS:
Access to the Pool and pool hours will remain unchanged during the construction so you can continue your routine as usual!
BLUFF CITY PICKLEBALL - OPEN HOURS FOR BARTLETT YMCA MEMBERS
Since the gym will be used for other purposes during the renovations, Bluff City Pickleball will be partnering with us to provide open hours for Bartlett YMCA Members beginning Monday, August 12.
Bartlett Y Members will be able to utilize open court spaces during the following hours:

Bartlett YMCA members will show their YMCA scan card at the desk for entry.
ACCESS TO ALTERNATE YMCA LOCATIONS
Your membership allows you complimentary access to all YMCA Centers throughout our association, so you can continue your fitness routine without interruption! We welcome you to visit our other YMCA locations in the Mid-South area.
