Krav Maga Self-Defense

Have you always wanted to take a self-defense class, but couldn’t find one to fit your skill level? Maybe you want your teenagers to feel safe when you’re not around. Try Krav Maga, a reality-based self-defense class that can be learned quickly and used effectively by anyone.

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class for absolutely everyone. Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe, fun and give you strength for everyday life.

Tai Chi is a complete body exercise and can result in numerous improvements in quality of life. Studies prove that consistent practice of Tai Chi can reduce stress, strengthen muscles, and improve circulation, balance, and mental clarity.
