Krav Maga Self Defense
Krav Maga is a self-defense class originally developed by the Israeli Defense Force. It is designed to teach real self-defense in a short time using simple principles and instinctive movements. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
Cost: Member – $40/month, Non-Member – $60/month

Pickleball
Learn to play Pickleball
Pickleball is a cross between badminton and table tennis. You play with a racket and small plastic ball on a court with a low net. Rackets and balls are provided. All skill levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.
