Due to the ongoing public health emergency presented by the COVID-19 virus outbreak, we will be temporarily closing all YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South membership center locations effective at closing (March 18 at 8:00 p.m.), to transition full support to emergency services only.

In response to the recent school closures and CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South has transitioned focus to providing emergency care to Healthcare Workers and other first responders in the community who may be finding themselves without childcare during the COVID-19 crisis.

Our first priority was to ensure that all children who are in our care have a safe alternative to receive full care and meals while school is out.  Our leadership team has been working all weekend monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and communicating with the CDC, health departments, and state and local governments.
