ABOUT YMCA GIFT CARDS:
- How does one go about purchasing a gift card?
You can come into any YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South center location to purchase a gift card. You do not need to be a member to purchase a gift card.
- What dollar amounts can I purchase with a Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased for any amount. The funds do not expire.
- What can I apply a Gift Card towards?
A Y Gift Card can be redeemed for credit to your Y account. Once your credit is applied to your Y account, you can redeem it for great programs like Swim Lessons, Personal Training Packages, Child Care & Camp Fees, as well as apply the credit towards an active Y membership!
- How do I redeem a Gift Card?
When you receive a Y gift card, you can redeem your card by visiting any YMCA Center location. If applying the gift card amount towards a new Y membership, you will need to create a Y account first and apply the credit to that account. Once the credit is active, you will go through the normal joining process for membership and log into your Y account to apply the credit towards scheduled membership fees.
Alternately, you can call Customer Support (901-766-7677) to apply the credit to your Y account prior to Joining Online. You will need to log into your Y account during the online joining process to apply a credit towards your membership. A credit card number will also be collected at this time.
