Youth Personal Training

Ages: 10-15

Youth Personal Training is available for youth ages 10 to 15 years old (must be 50″ tall). Youth Personal Training will improve strength and endurance for sports. Each personal training session is geared toward the individual level of athletic ability and/or sport of interest.

Youth Personal Training includes:

  • An orientation of the Wellness Center
  • 2 one-on-one trainings with a personal trainer (1 hour each)
  • Strength training techniques with emphasis on:
    • proper form and execution
    • cardiovascular training
    • flexibility
    • basic nutrition
  • After successfully completing training sessions, the youth will be able to workout in specified areas of the Wellness Center

Cost: Training Package – $75 (2 Trainings)
(Additional training sessions can be purchased for $40 per hour)


Adult Personal Training

Ages: 16 and up

Personal Training:

  • Enhances cardiovascular health
  • Improves body composition
  • Increases bone mineral density
  • Reduces anxiety and depression
  • Helps prevent injury
  • Increases strength
  • Increases metabolism

After working with a personal trainer, you’ll see a difference not only in your body, but also in your spirit and mind. Shortly into your workouts, you will start to see and feel changes that will have a positive impact on how you feel about yourself, as well as increased energy. Also, working with a personal trainer helps take the guesswork out of your exercise routine.

Registration: See Wellness Center staff for personal training options and to schedule your training. Training is provided by YMCA staff trainers only with a 24–hour cancellation policy.
