USAGE GUIDELINES:
• Perks Passes are available for all new members who join December 15, 2021 - January 31, 2022.
• New Members joining during the Perks Pass promotion will be sent information via email to the email address given at the point of sale.
• Perks Pass can only be redeemed January 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022.
• Must maintain an active YMCA membership to redeem Perks Pass Offers/Coupons.
• Perks Pass must be redeemed in person by the account holder at a YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South Center location.
