  • A YMCA program designed to help eligible parents connect with community resources, set personal goals, and build the skills needed to seek, secure, and maintain employment
  • Participants will work with our Workforce Development Team to explore barriers, create an action plan, get connected with community resources, receive career support, and apply for employment or training.

Work Opportunities for Rural Communities (WORC)

  • Our goal is to strengthen the skilled workforce pipeline for the manufacturing industry by providing on-the-job training, certifications, and support to historically underrepresented and underserved communities
